This policy explains what information Xpress 69 Liquor ("we") collects through xpress69liquor.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Newsletter and text sign-ups: your email address, your name if you give it, and whether you opted in to text messages.
- Orders and inquiries: when you send an order from our order page, it goes to us as an email from you, with the name, email, phone number, address and order details you typed.
- Your cart: the items in your cart are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. We cannot see your cart until you send us an order.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your order or question, to confirm availability, price, pickup or delivery, and, if you signed up, to send you store news and offers. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Services we use
Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. Newsletter sign-ups are delivered to us through EmailJS. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Text messages
If you opt in to texts, we send up to one marketing message per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
Age
Our website and products are only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us to delete your information by emailing Xpress69liquor@gmail.com.
