By using xpress69liquor.com or placing an order with Xpress 69 Liquor, you agree to these terms.

You must be 21 or older

We only sell alcohol to people 21 and older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at in-store pickup and at delivery. We will not hand over an order if the ID is missing or invalid, if the person receiving it appears intoxicated, or if we believe the alcohol is being bought for someone under 21.

How ordering works

Sending an order from our website is a request, not a completed sale. We reply to confirm the items, the total and the pickup or delivery time. Nothing is charged online. Your order is final once you confirm it with us and pay.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock on the website come from our store system and are updated regularly, but can change or sell out before we confirm your order. If something is unavailable or a price is wrong, we will tell you before you pay. NY sales tax is added to every order.

Delivery

Local delivery is available Friday and Saturday 5–11pm and Sunday 12–10pm, to New York addresses in our delivery area only. We do not ship out of state. The delivery area and any fee are confirmed when we reply to your order. Someone 21 or older must be present to accept the delivery.

Pickup

Orders can be picked up at 164-24 69th Ave, Flushing, NY 11365 during store hours: Monday–Thursday 9:30am–10pm, Friday–Saturday 9:30am–11pm, Sunday 10am–10pm.

Returns

All sales are final, except when an item is damaged or is not what you ordered. Let us know within 48 hours and bring or keep the item unopened, and we will replace it or refund you.

Promotions

Discounts and offers apply only as stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.
